1. What does Color Concepts do?
Color Concepts is a source for online large format fine art print reproductions. Color Concepts uses state of art 8 color ink jet printers with Epson UltraChrome K3 inks. By simply uploading your digital files or scanned pictures you can have large format prints delivered to you.

2. How long will my finished prints last?
Color Concepts uses Epson UltraChrome K3 inks and premium papers so they have an 80 to 100 year longevity.

3. What kind of picture files can I upload?
We only accept JPEG files. Save your images as a JPEG with the highest quality setting (12 in Adobe Photoshop.) There is no visible difference between a tiff and the highest quality JPEG

4. Will files from my digital camera make nice prints?
If you camera is 3.3 megapixel and higher, digital cameras can create photo quality prints up to 24x36 inches! Larger prints from these camera files look great up to 40x60 inches, just as long you do as little cropping to your picture as possible.

5. Does Color Concepts offer Canvas Prints ?
Yes, we print on 100% cotton canvas, and we also print on glossy,matte and fine artist papers.

6. What is the quality of the enlargements?
Color Concepts can reproduce images to great photographic quality up to 40x60 inches. Final print quality depends on the resolution of the images that you provide.

7. How do I prepare my files?
We can print files as low as 100 dpi to quality enlargements. You send Color Concepts a JPEG file and we will properly prepare it to the size of your choice. If you prefer to prepare your files to optimum resolution and have a internet fast enough to allow you to send us large files, set your print size to the size print you want and the resolution to as near 150 dpi as possible.
